Some of these things were bought in New York State, which is not as dangerous as New York City. Seriously, it is crazy there. You can spend money at every corner, shops you love just pop out right in front of you.
But now I have put myself on a shopping ban until I got to Lyon in October, because a) I want to be a more savvy and responsible shopper and b) I need to save money. So there will be no purchasing of clothes, shoes, accessories, make-up, and books until then. The only exceptions are things on my list of things I truly need, which include and are limited to a winter cape and the perfect winter boots (the "What I want" - List is a different story, that one includes leo print flats, a trench coat, a red winter coat, and a cashmere sweater...). So wish me luck!
Have you ever put yourself on a shopping ban? Any tips on how to make it? These ladies are definitely my role models, they managed for an entire year...
